If I could give 10 stars, I would. I can’t speak highly enough of the encouragement and positive attitude of the staff, coaches and fellow members of the gym.
Initially our wee ones started the kids classes and it wasn’t long before I was wanting to join in on the action. However, I was a hesitant beginner, being acutely aware of my current levels of fitness and nervous to try something new. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging. The ethos of the gym has motivated me to carry on and I genuinely really look forward to every single class now.
I can’t express my gratitude for the way that the staff engage with our little ones. They have grown in confidence, fitness, and have found a love for a new sport. Brilliant team - thanks for all you do!

How often are classes on?
Our Kids Kickboxing is on Monday and Wednesday 17:00pm, Tuesday and Thursday starting soon!
How much does it cost?
It all varies on the package you choose. Classes can be as little as £4 per class
Who will be coaching my child?
We have multiple coaches in the gym, all coaches are PVG disclosed and fully qualified to be coaching your child.
